Amit Baumel
Chief Clinical Officer

Amit Baumel is a clinical psychologist and a tenured associate professor with over 15 years of experience in the design, research, and development of digital parenting programs. He was awarded the Digital Innovation Award by the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health for his groundbreaking conceptualization of a digital parenting program.
Amit has created a website for evaluating mental health apps, programs that train volunteers to provide emotional support, and a free support initiative for parents of children with mental health concerns. His work has positively impacted hundreds of thousands of individuals worldwide.
As an entrepreneur, Amit has founded several startups, led multidisciplinary teams of developers, researchers, and designers, and consulted startups on product design, big data, and end-user analytics. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association for Research on Internet Interventions and is a scientific editor for a leading journal in the field.


Keren Faber Baumel

Keren is a licensed clinical psychologist with vast experience in child psychotherapy, parental guidance, and autism. She previously served as a director of therapy programs, where she trained and guided a paramedical team of up to 20 members. Keren has many years of experience developing and writing content and scripts for digital interventions, as well as evaluating digital health applications.
Fred Muench
Interim CEO

Fred Muench is a clinical psychologist, entrepreneur, and leader in digital behavioral health solutions. With over 25 years of experience in substance use intervention, behavior change, and digital mental health, Fred has dedicated his career to making transformative support accessible to individuals and families.
As the former President of the Partnership to End Addiction and the Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, Fred spearheaded national initiatives that reshaped how families support loved ones struggling with addiction. He has held faculty and research positions at NYU, Columbia University Medical Center, and the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, driving evidence-based innovation in digital health. He is the author of the book, The Official Guide to Dysfunctional Parenting.
His passion lies in merging technology, behavioral science, and human connection to create scalable, impactful solutions. With a deep commitment to helping parents and families navigate complex challenges, Fred founded Resily to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and real-world parenting support.
Beyond his professional work, Fred is a father, a music enthusiast, and an advocate for living a meaningful, engaged life. His personal journey through addiction and recovery informs his approach to helping others find balance and fulfillment in their lives.
